About Agrigento
This Sicilian city stands on a ridge above the southern coast, near the site of ancient Akragas, founded by Greek colonists from Gela around 580 BC. The modern administrative center developed beside the archaeological area known as the Valley of the Temples, where major Greek temple ruins remain.

The Court XS is the smallest bag in Babolat’s Court line, sized for three racquets and 20 litres of everything else.
It is built around a single idea: carry a match’s worth of kit and nothing beyond it.
The depth is the defining figure.
At 12 cm the bag is flat rather than barrel-shaped, so it sits against the back or the side of the body instead of swinging away from it, and it will lie in a car footwell or a locker that a six-racquet bag will not.
Overall it measures 74 x 30 x 12 cm, or 29.1 x 11.8 x 4.7 inches.
Layout matches the size. One main compartment takes the racquets along with shoes and a change of clothes, and a single zipped side pocket takes balls, grips, phone and keys. It carries on the shoulder strap or by the grab handle at the top; there is no second strap to convert it into a backpack.
The shell is 100% recycled polyester and the lining is recycled polyester left undyed. Over the outer face is a water-repellent coating, which matters within reach of the sea: Agrigento sits a few kilometres from Sicily’s southern coast, where weather comes in off the water quickly.

What separates it from the larger Court bags is capacity rather than construction — the recycled shell and the water-repellent finish run through the whole line.

Bag: Temple of Concordia — still standing because a bishop moved in and roofed it, which means what saved it was shelter from weather, and I approve. Sirocco comes off Africa and sandblasts this ridge every summer. The columns have taken worse than anything three rackets will ever see.
Bag: Temple of Olympian Zeus, flat on its back. Earthquake, then quarrying, then the sea wind finishing the argument. One telamon lies in the grass with his arms still up. If you want a lesson in what weather does to ambition, it is lying right there, free of charge.
Bag: Temple of Juno on the ridge, and you can see the burn line on the stone — the Carthaginian fire, they say, and the rock went red and never came back. Lightning still finds this ridge first in an August storm. Three rackets, zipped, dry.
Bag: Casa Natale di Luigi Pirandello, out on the cliff at Caos. He was born during a cholera outbreak that drove the family out of town, which is the most Pirandello fact available, and the sea takes a metre of that cliff every few decades. The house is on borrowed ground and knows it.
