About Vibo Valentia
This Calabrian provincial capital stands on a hill above the Tyrrhenian Sea, with its port at Vibo Marina below it. It began as the Greek city of Hipponion, became Roman Valentia, and later grew around a Norman castle and the administrative functions of the surrounding province.

LMNT Recharge in Orange Salt, supplied thirty sticks to the box. It is a high-sodium electrolyte mix built for hard, hot work rather than for general daily hydration, and the dose is the whole specification: 1,000 mg of sodium per stick, alongside 200 mg of potassium and 60 mg of magnesium.
The reasoning behind that number is worth understanding, because it is not right for everybody.
Sweat carries sodium out of the body, and replacing the fluid without replacing the salt leaves what remains more dilute than it started — which is why a player can finish a long session, drink a large glass of water and feel worse rather than better. A thousand milligrams answers that specific problem.
For someone who is not sweating heavily for hours, it is more sodium than is needed.
There is no sugar in it. It is sweetened with stevia leaf extract, and the complete ingredient list runs to six items.
Vibo Valentia sits on the Calabrian coast in southern Italy, with the town rising steeply behind the sea, where summer heat is sustained and any walk inland is uphill — the sort of load that empties a player of salt rather than simply of water.
The formula is the same across every flavour LMNT makes, so Orange Salt is not stronger or weaker than any other box in the range — only different to drink.

30-pack: Electrolytes: Look at those Renaissance marbles carved by the Gagini—if stone can show up with this much detail, what’s our excuse? Hydrate, stand tall, and remember: even masterpieces started as someone refusing to quit before lunch.
30-pack: Electrolytes: This Gothic church dates to 1337 and holds paintings by Giulio Rubino—so yes, your ‘long week’ can calm down now. If a building can carry centuries with grace, can’t we carry one more packet and one more dream?
30-pack: Electrolytes: Up at 476 metres, this Norman-Swabian castle and its cylindrical towers remind us that elevation is a mindset—and also, apparently, a cardio session. It holds the oldest Orphic gold tablet found in Italy, so tell me: what golden message are you carrying today?
30-pack: Electrolytes: Five hundred metres of squared sandstone from the sixth century BC—now that is what I call committing to your boundaries. Build yours strong, hydrate like a champion, and don’t let yesterday’s excuses sneak through the wall.
