Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet)

Black Prince tour bag for 12 racquets: thermal-protected bays with a separate shoe berth—basically luggage doing stadium work, minus the singing section. Tour stop? Cauldron of Witches, mine tower, planetarium, then cable car sans mountain. Lovely planning; one laugh escaped. Chorzów

Stop one

Stadion Slaski, the Cauldron of Witches

Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet): Here we are at Stadion Slaski, nicknamed the Cauldron of Witches because the football atmosphere got so loud it sounded like the architecture was casting spells. Twelve racquets in the bag, one stadium full of pressure, and somehow I’m still the thing most likely to double fault.

Stop two

The Szyb Prezydent winding tower of the former Krolewska Huta mine

Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet): The Szyb Prezydent winding tower is a preserved headframe from the former Krolewska Huta coal mine, standing there like it just benched the Industrial Revolution. I brought a 12-racquet tennis bag to a mining landmark, because apparently my gear also wants to dig deep—thank you, two people in the back.

Stop three

The Silesian Planetarium, the oldest and largest in Poland

Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet): The Silesian Planetarium opened in 1955 and is Poland’s oldest and largest planetarium, which is great because my serve has been orbiting Earth since the second set. This dome says astronomy; my forehand says unidentified flying object.

Stop four

The Elka cable car riding over Park Slaski

Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet): The Elka cable car carries riders over Park Slaski, giving everyone a scenic view and me a chance to pretend my tennis bag has altitude training. Look at that line in the sky—finally, a cable with better court positioning than me.

Prince Tour Carbon Tennis Bag (12 Racquet)

Written for this world alone.

Twelve racquets, folks. Twelve. Who is carrying twelve racquets? Nobody has twelve racquets. You have four racquets and eight opinions, and this bag is the only thing in your life that treats both with equal respect.

Here's the straight version, no punchline attached. The Prince Tour Carbon is a twelve-racquet bag in black, which means the main compartments will take a full stringing rotation with room left over, and they are thermal lined — that's the layer that keeps a stringbed from cooking while the bag sits on a hot bench between matches.

Heat is what kills tension, not use.

There's a separate shoe compartment, so the shoes ride in their own postcode instead of pressing against your frames, and Prince has been making tour bags since the seventies, which is longer than most of the players using them have been alive. It is not a small bag and it is not pretending to be.

If you want something you can sling on one shoulder for a forty-minute hit, this is not that. This is luggage with a racquet problem.

Chorzow is the correct city for a bag this size, because Chorzow does not do small either. The Stadion Slaski is nicknamed the Cauldron of Witches, which is the greatest name given to a sports ground anywhere and I refuse to hear alternatives. There is a planetarium here, the oldest and largest in the country.

There is a cable car that just carries people over a park.

And there's the Szyb Prezydent, the winding tower of the old Krolewska Huta mine, standing there like a monument to lifting heavy things out of the ground — which, once this bag is packed, you will relate to enormously.

Twelve racquets. Eight opinions. One zip.
