I should say at the start that I am filling in — the real guide for the Extreme family is the Pro, and everybody knows it. But since I am here, let me tell you what the Extreme Team 2024 actually is, because I have read the notes properly and it turns out to be more interesting than my billing.

Balance 340 millimetres, which is even.
That combination is unusual, and here is why it matters — a light frame with an even balance keeps mass out towards the tip, so the head still carries something into the ball even though your arm is barely working, and the open 16/19 across a big hoop is a spin arrangement, not a control one.
The spin grommets are the headline: they let the strings move further and snap back harder, so the ball leaves with a trampoline effect and a lot of rotation. They are transparent on this generation, which is a fashion decision, and I am not qualified to comment on fashion.
Auxetic 2.0 sits in the construction for stability and a crisp, connected impact feel.

Van is the same story, honestly. Everybody comes for the castle — Urartian, cut into the rock, royal chambers and inscriptions — and the castle is genuinely magnificent. But the thing you will remember is the church on Akdamar Island, out on the water, its outside walls carved over with Old Testament scenes. I am only the understudy. Go and see it anyway.
