Energy Cell — a light EVA foam sitting only in the forefoot of the midsole — is there to move your body weight through impact and give it back as acceleration. The upper is Sensifeel 2.0, minimally layered engineered mesh, and Endofit puts a full inner sock inside it so the foot is held rather than laced down.
The rest of it is equally quiet.
And here is the part they say out loud but nobody listens to: the women's build is not the men's shoe in a different colour. The medial TPU heel counter is asymmetrical and elongated on purpose, the outsole rubber is thinner and the EVA density is lower.
